While we try to make sure every order is perfect, sometimes they aren't. There may be defects, logistics issues, wrong item shipped etc. If you find something wrong, please let us know as soon as you receive the order by contacting our customer care team. Our first priority will be to resolve your issue in no time.
You can cancel your order until we have prepared the items and shipped them. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are prepared for shipment. In the case of returning an order, the shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded.
If we have issued a refund for one of your orders then the amount will be credited into the original account you used to purchase the order. For card transactions - the refunded amount will be credited to the same card used to purchase the order. For COD transactions, you can either opt for bank transfer or you can get credits back to your Madhvik account. Refunds may take upto 7-10 business days to show up on your Bank account depending on your issuing bank.

Our orders are usually delivered within 4-5 working days.
You can return most items for store credit or get them exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date if they are still in their original packaging. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or it did not present itself to you as advertised, Madhvik will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us in new condition and in its original packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the error is from our side. If the reason for return isn't because of an error caused from our side then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can request a return by going to "my orders" page on our site. The item(s) will be picked up at a scheduled time by our courier partners who will be arranged by us. Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by us. Refunds normally may take 7-10 working days to show on your bank account depending on your bank's refund process.
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your Madhvik account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different addresses you need to place them as separate orders.
